Not the Best Place to Live in Twin Cities

After moving to Cottage Grove, MN (near the Twin Cities) nine years ago, I think the city has improved (its been an uphill battle), but the city is cheap on quality of life, the people are cold and seemingly always looking for a hand-out, and anyone looking to move to this area would do much better living either in Woodbury or Hastings.
